I purchased this webcam and received no disk to install the software. How am I supposed to use it without the software? Huge hassle and waste of my money. This will stop me from purchasing electronics online. Very pissed off.

I used this webcam maybe 4 or 5 times to talk with family members in the year and a half I’ve owned it.
It was working ok (not great, picture was distorted)for the first year I had it, but now nothing… the computer sees it, but there’s no picture…
The only reason I bought this overpriced webcam (around $80 at time of purchase) is because I was supposed to get a $40 rebait check in the mail, and I never did receive it…thanks for nothing logitech.
Steer clear of logitech products.

Web cam works well as advertised. Curiously, it came in European packaging designed for sale in Italy. Hmmmmm…. But features and overall quality are very good for the price.

It’s Great! Love the easy install, love the quality for Skype video calls and for taking pictures. The Fun Effects are a blast to play around with.

I am really disappointed in this cam………the light is never right and the pics are always never that sharp…Also it seems to make the picture wider than the original image. I preferred my old Intel one but, unfortunately, it won’t work with Vista. I tried using my own light settings instead of the auto one they have but it just doesnt work quite right with any lighting situation…….a waste of money to me.
